You make the holidays happen for everyone else.
This plan is for you.
Twenty minutes a week, starting in October, and most of the big stuff is done before December gets here.
Over 1,300 moms have used my planning tools.
One time. Instant access. A short email every Sunday, October 18 through December 20.

It’s 9:15 on a Tuesday in November. The kids are finally asleep, and you pick up your phone to look something up. Twenty minutes later you have eleven tabs open: a gift idea for your nephew, the Thanksgiving sign-up sheet, a shipping cutoff you can’t find, the concert date buried in a school newsletter.
Nobody else in the house has any of those tabs open.
Each one is small. Together they’re a few dozen jobs landing on one person, and the deadlines hide in the fine print: the small shop that stops shipping earlier than Amazon, the personalized gift that needed ordering before Thanksgiving, the cards that print slower every week you wait.
And none of it is written down anywhere except your head.
That’s why I built this.
Twenty minutes a week, one short list at a time.
1. Do the Start Here step once.
Set a 20-minute timer. Get every holiday to-do, worry, and half-thought out of your head and onto one list, then pick your Top 3 for the season. When December gets loud, those three are how you decide what to say no to.
2. Add the Holiday Calendar.
One click for Google, Apple, or Outlook. Each week shows up as a single entry, “Holiday Prep (20 min),” with that week’s list in the notes. It lives on the calendar you already check.
3. Then open your Sunday email.
From October 18 through December 20, one short email lands every Sunday with that week’s list. You never get the season all at once, and you’re never the one who has to remember what’s next.
You stop carrying the holidays in your head.
Ten weeks, in the order the season hits.
It starts in mid-October, while there’s still time to catch the early sales and get the personalized orders in before rush fees, and walks you to Christmas one week at a time.
| Lands | That week |
|---|---|
| October 18 | The dates, out of your head |
| October 25 | A number next to every name |
| November 1 | Shop on purpose |
| November 8 | Small wins |
| November 15 | Thanksgiving, without the 8 pm grocery run |
| November 22 | Set up December before it starts |
| November 29 | Wrap three, stop |
| December 6 | Permission slip |
| December 13 | Loose ends |
| December 20 | Protect the last week |
The Recovery Lane
Some windows close earlier than anyone tells you. Missed a small shop’s shipping cutoff, or it’s December 10, and the cards never got ordered?
The Recovery Lane has the next move for what already slipped, so a missed deadline doesn’t turn into buying everything off Amazon.
What’s inside
The Holiday Planning System plus six short kit pages. The plan sends you to each one during that week. Open the ones that fit your family and skip the rest.
The 20-Minute-a-Week Holiday Planning System™
The season’s map: ten weeks, one short list each, in the order to do things.
Clear the Chaos
Everything in your head onto one list, then cut down to what has to happen, what would be nice, and what you’re allowed to skip this year.
The Holiday Calm Calendar
Your Top 3, your own dates, and the few small moments you want to protect, set once before December fills itself.
Gifting Made Simple
Track every gift in one sheet so nothing gets double-bought or forgotten, plus gift guides and AI prompts for when you’re stuck on what to get someone.
Holiday Meals Made Simple
Five no-think dinners for the regular weeks of the season, a batch-and-freeze plan, a pre-filled grocery list, and a short hosting section. The 20-Minute Guest-Ready Reset is in here too, for when someone texts “on our way.”
The Hot Cocoa Break
The page you open when the house is loud. Pep talks, permission slips, and a 15-minute shutdown for your brain.
Ask Like a Mom™: Holiday Edition
Every AI prompt in the kit in one place, grouped by what you’re trying to get done, so you can hand off the drafting and the deciding.
Nothing shows up blank. The weekly lists are already written, the grocery list is pre-filled, and the prompts are ready to paste. The empty boxes come with examples for when you’re staring at them at 10 pm. You’re editing, not starting from scratch.
What it looks like

Why me
I used to start planning for Christmas on Black Friday. I’d throw stuff in the cart and hope for the best. Some years Christmas was done the week before. Some years, I hoped two-day shipping really meant two days. That works before you have kids. Oh boy, does that change once you do.
So I did what any product manager would do. I built a roadmap for the holiday season.
Now I start in October (yes, October), twenty minutes a week, and by December I get to be in it instead of racing it. The kit is that roadmap, with the lists written, the calendar built, and the Sunday emails doing the remembering.
I thought ahead so you don’t have to.
How it reaches you
Same kit, in whatever format you reach for:
- A short email every Sunday, October 18 through December 20, with that week’s list.
- The full kit as a web page you open in any browser. No account, no login. Bookmark it and come back all season.
- Every fill-in page as a Google Doc and a printable PDF, linked right on the page. Or duplicate it into your own Notion if that’s your thing.
- The Gift Tracker as a Google Sheet, yours to copy.
- The Holiday Calendar for Google, Apple, or Outlook, one entry a week with the list inside.
- Printables: Holiday Meals Made Simple with the grocery list, and the 20-Minute Guest-Ready Reset.
The honest fine print
$47, one-time. No subscription, no recurring charge. You get the entire kit plus all ten Sunday emails, October 18 through December 20.
No refunds. It’s a digital download, so all sales are final. That’s why I list everything you get right here in full.
After the season, you’ll also start getting my Wednesday emails, one short note a week. Leave anytime.

A few honest questions
Is it too late if I buy in November? Or December?
No, and it’s built for that. If it’s November, do the Start Here step, then Weeks 1 through 4 in one sitting (about 40 minutes), and pick up the plan wherever you are. Already December? Skim the early weeks for anything still open and start at Week 7. The Recovery Lane catches anything whose window already closed, and every past Sunday email is saved in the kit.
Do I need to know Notion?
No. The kit opens in your browser like any web page, no account needed. Every fill-in page has its own Google Doc and printable PDF, linked right at the top. If you like Notion, you can duplicate the pages into your own. If you don’t, you never will.
What do I get the day I buy?
Everything except the future emails: the planning system, all six kit pages, the Gift Tracker, the calendar, and the printables, the second you check out. The Sunday emails arrive on their Sundays, and any that already went out are saved in the kit.
We keep it small, and I’m not hosting. Is it still worth it?
Open what applies and skip the rest. Not hosting? The Meals page is mostly about the regular Tuesday nights of December, not the big dinner. You’re paying to have the season sorted, so the parts that fit your family are done, and you can skip the rest without a second thought.
Why pay for this when I could Google it, or ask ChatGPT?
You could. This is that thinking already done for the season, in the order it hits, with the lists written and the prompts ready to paste. You’re paying to spend November evenings on the couch instead of in eleven browser tabs.
Is this included in the membership?
Yes. Members get this kit, and every seasonal kit, as part of The Simplified Membership™. If you’re already in, it’s waiting in your Monthly HQ.
Walk into December with most of it already done.
The holidays are coming either way. You can start them in October, twenty minutes at a time, or on Black Friday with a full cart and your fingers crossed.
One-time. Instant access. Every Sunday email, October 18 through December 20.
